Panel Discussion: Scholarship on a Shoestring

As universities face mounting financial pressures, opportunities and resources for education-focussed academic staff to engage in scholarship can feel increasingly limited. This panel brings together colleagues from a range of Universities facing and seeking to overcome these challenges. Through sharing experiences, strategies, and examples of low-cost or no-cost scholarly activity, the session will explore how education-focussed academics can sustain their scholarly identities, build meaningful networks, and contribute to educational enhancement—even on a shoestring.
